Central City Concern (CCC), established in 1979, is a housing developer and homeless services provider located in Portland, Oregon, with a mission of providing pathways to self-sufficiency through active intervention in poverty and homelessness. CCC maintains a continuum of affordable housing options and supportive services with more than 1,400 units of transitional and permanent housing, and 200+ units in development.
